Q: I purchased the desktop version of these presets. Do I already have these mobile presets?
Yes. If you already purchased the full version of these presets, then you have access to both the desktop and mobile versions. Just download and install the update on the DVLOP site.
Q: How do I get started?
After you purchase the presets, we’ll send you a download of the actual presets and a PDF installation guide.
Q: Is this an app or will I need to download anything else?
You will need to download a the free Adobe Lightroom app and install the presets inside of that app.
Q: Do I need any professional camera gear?
No. These are designed to be used with the native cameras on mobile phones.
Q: Why are there 5 presets in the mobile pack (vs 10 presets in the Desktop Version)?
To keep Visual Flow Mobile simple and easy to use, we’ve adapted the most used Lighting Conditions for mobile photography. This includes images shot with ideal lighting (Soft Light), images shot in direct and unflattering sunlight (Hard Light), scenes with wide dynamic range and detail (HDR Natural), indoor scenes with typical warm incandescent lighting (Tungsten), and the standard black and white conversion. Keep in mind that Mobile packs are designed for HEIC/JPEG imagery. If you are shooting RAW or DNG files (even from a phone), best results will be had using Visual Flow Desktop Packs that include both RAW + Mobile presets.
Q: Do I need prior photo experience?
Prior photography and editing experience will help, but we have designed an intuitive system that anyone can use. With practice and experience, you’ll be able to create the images you see on this page in no time.
Q: Is this a one time payment? Do I need to purchase again if I get a new phone?
This is a one time payment. You may install on multiple phones that you own. In addition, we will send out free updates as we improve and update the presets.
