A: No, Visual Flow presets are not included as part of an SLR Lounge Premium subscription.

A: We are currently offering a bundle discount for the Modern preset pack and the Retouching Toolkit.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are final. DVLOP does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
DVLOP preset packs are digitally downloaded products that cannot be deactivated and therefore are not refundable. DVLOP presets work, and we want them to work for you. Please consider contacting the DVLOP team so that they may better assist you.

Q: How do I download and install the Visual Flow presets?

Q: What should I do if the presets are not appearing in Lightroom?

A: There are a couple reasons why the presets may not be appearing in Lightroom, including issues with your Lightroom preferences and potential missing profiles. Please review this guide from DVLOP to help solve this issue.

Q: On how many computers can I install my presets?

A: Each license is for a single user, although packs may be installed across 2 computers (as long as they are for that single user). Please contact the dvlop team at [email protected] should you need to install your presets across more than 2 machines.

Q: Can I share my presets with other users?

A: Sharing presets with other users is strictly prohibited and is considered software piracy.
Sharing is trackable. All verified instances of sharing will be reported to the proper authorities and legal action will be taken to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Q: On which apps can I use Visual Flow presets?

Please note that the Modern Pack works great on Lightroom CC (cloud version), but it doesn’t use the DVLOP profiles.

Retouching Toolkit

• Adobe® Camera Raw CS6 or later
• Adobe® Lightroom® CC Desktop 1.4 or later and Mobile

Please note that retouching Toolkit brushes are incompatible with Lightroom CC (cloud version).
