Lightroom can import and apply edits to PSD files, because it works non-destructively and applies the edits “on top of” the PSD file’s overall look. In other words, in Lightroom you will not be able to see PSD layers, or do the things that Photoshop itself can do; you will only be able to apply the same color-correction tools, almost as if the PSD file were a JPG without any compression, or a TIF file.
